Iron Funded offers funded-trader evaluations. When live, all trading on our platform takes place in a fully simulated environment using virtual funds— you are not trading real money in live markets, and evaluation fees are for access to the evaluation and its services.

We are not a broker, a bank, an exchange, or an investment adviser, and nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

• The service is not yet available. Joining the waitlist does not create a trading account, reserve capital, or entitle you to any product.
• Pricing, account sizes, rules, and profit splits shown on this site are provisional and may change before launch. Nothing here is a binding offer.
• Joining the waitlist means we may email you about the launch and related offers, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into these terms. Our services are not offered to residents of jurisdictions where they would be unlawful, and it’s your responsibility to ensure your use is permitted where you live.

When using this site, you agree not to:

• submit false information, or someone else’s email without permission;
• interfere with, probe, or attempt to disrupt the site or its security;
• scrape, copy, or reuse our content or branding without permission; or
• use the site for any unlawful purpose.

The Iron Funded name, logo, site design, and content are owned by Iron Funded or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to view the site; no other rights are granted.

Trading involves substantial risk, and the majority of participants do not pass a funded evaluation. Past or hypothetical performance is not indicative of future results. Any examples shown on this site are illustrative and are not records of real customers or guarantees of any outcome.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron Funded is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and our total liability relating to the site is limited to the amount you have paid us for it, which before launch is nil. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms as we move toward launch. We’ll change the “last updated” date above, and your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Iron Funded Inc. is established [governing jurisdiction to be confirmed before public launch], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
