Privacy Policy

Before launch, this site does two things: it lets you join a waitlist, and it measures how people find us. Accordingly, we collect:

• Your email address, when you submit the waitlist form, together with your consent to be emailed and the date and time you gave it.
• Attribution data about how you arrived: a random first-party identifier stored in your browser’s local storage, the campaign tags in the link you followed (e.g. UTM parameters), the referring website, the page you landed on, and an approximate country derived from your network. This is not a cookie and is not used to track you across other websites.
• Aggregate usage analytics collected by Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. These are cookieless and do not identify you individually.

We do not collect payment details, government IDs, or trading data on this site — those relate to the trading platform and are covered separately when it launches.

• To notify you when Iron Funded launches and to send you the launch news and offers you consented to receive.
• To understand which channels bring us genuine sign-ups, so we spend our marketing effort well.
• To keep the site secure and working, and to measure its performance in aggregate.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for others’ advertising.

• Consent — for sending you marketing emails. You can withdraw it at any time (see your rights below); withdrawing does not affect messages sent beforehand.
• Legitimate interests — for first-party attribution and aggregate analytics, to run and improve our site and marketing. We’ve chosen cookieless, non-cross-site methods specifically to keep this proportionate.

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner. The only browser storage we use is a single random identifier in local storage that links your waitlist sign-up to how you first arrived. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

We use a small number of processors, each handling data only on our instructions:

• Resend — our email service provider, which stores your email address to deliver our messages (processed in the EU).
• Vercel — hosts this website and provides the cookieless analytics.
• Cloudflare — provides DNS and network security in front of our services.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect our rights and users.

Our waitlist database runs on our own servers in Germany, and our email provider stores contact data in the EU (Ireland). Where any data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the provider’s standard contractual clauses.

We keep your waitlist email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Where you have unsubscribed, we may retain a minimal record of your consent and opt-out to honour your preference and to demonstrate compliance. Attribution and analytics data is kept only as long as it’s useful for the purposes above.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy;
• correct it if it’s wrong, or ask us to delete it;
• withdraw consent or unsubscribe from our emails at any time — every email includes an unsubscribe link;
• object to or restrict certain processing; and
• complain to your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these, email privacy@ironfunded.com. We’ll respond within the timeframe the law requires.

Iron Funded is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us their data, contact us and we’ll delete it.

As we move from waitlist to launch, our data practices will expand (for example, to cover accounts and payments) and we’ll update this policy accordingly. We’ll change the “last updated” date above, and for material changes we’ll take reasonable steps to let you know.
